Lily: Not at all. The rules are very strict. For instance, only a certificated mechanic can perform a 100-hour inspection. You can't just supervise someone who isn't certified.

Lily: An annual is even more stringent. It has to be done by an A&P mechanic who also holds an Inspection Authorization, or an IA.

Lily: You can, but only under the supervision of a mechanic who holds an Airframe rating. You can't do the required inspections, but you can perform other maintenance.
