Withdrawal from the contract

A user who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason. The model form below may be used for the withdrawal; its use is not mandatory.

Please note: a user who is a consumer acknowledges that they do not have the right to withdraw from the contract (Section 1837(1)(l) of the Czech Civil Code) if the Provider began performance at the user’s express request before the expiry of the withdrawal period. The user grants this consent when completing a subscription purchase on the web.

How to submit the form

Send the completed form (or any other unequivocal statement of withdrawal) by e-mail to contact@studyfi.com, or in writing to the Provider’s registered office listed above. We will confirm receipt of the withdrawal without undue delay.
