Sophie: It’s the first and most important step. It just means consuming less. Don't buy things you don't need, finish the food on your plate, and maybe walk instead of driving for short trips.
Noah: So, basically, try not to be a human vacuum cleaner for stuff.
Sophie: Exactly! Then comes 'Reuse', which is pretty straightforward. It’s about using things more than once.
